In the land of the blind, the one eyed man is king.

Duct tape can't fix stupid, but it can muffle the sound.

Wow - would like to see more/closer images!

I was wondering why the first photo was truncated.

I agree with many of the others, leave it alone Bob!

Hi Bob, I think I could live with the dirt, but I would have to take those horrible badges off.

How many good camo caps with insignia are now known in the world?

                  Cheers, Ade.

There are 5, with the insignia, that I am aware of.

My wife wanted a new car, but I thought we would enjoy this much more.

Yes that might be a car worth, fantastic and absolute rare cap.

I would leave it how it is, in case you really want to clean it use warm water and a natural chemical free hand soap. You will see that the water by self cleans alot.

Please Bob, don't touch that cap, it's absolutely perfect as it is.

I don't want to beat a dead horse. As a conservator I have to agree with the rest. It is very rare camo that has a lot of character. Why risk doing un reversable damage to an rare item by washing it.
I am amazed at how many people just got to clean, or mess with a perfect item, or yet damage it further by sticking it on a styrofoam head. it's like removing the badges. Paul

Bob, your cap is absolutly stunning, please keep it as is, old sweat and dirt doesnt smell and it certainly give credit to orginality. It also shows that the cap is a combat item and not a unissued item from a warehouse. I would love to have it in my collection and preferably uncleaned.
                              Best regards, Tom

OK, I will leave it as it is. I am sitting here waiting for the FedEx truck to deliver the cap tosay.
