Nice to see an original and track it's journey. Also nice that it finally wound up at the beach. The day glow green will fit in with many of the beach towels.

    Congratulations!

ok...thanks... I bought this visor cap and when you have at home, see if you have changed the sweatband . What do you thoughts about this visor cap?

Another fake Derwig ebay special. They are now removing the sweatdiamonds completely on a lot of these, or using nail polish to get the logo off.

All are junk. No original parts. Even w/o the diamond, the wool and construction give them away. They originated in Europe in the late 90's:

I showed my original Derwig before, but it sure belongs in this thread.

                          Nice one, Nakida.

Earlier in this thread I said they were Berlolina products--I was having a brain f*rt that day--they are Schellenbergs.

Here is the interior of the LW one posted earlier:

                            Thanks Stonemint!
Very Interesting and great information to know that those are made by Schellenberg.

                            Cheers!

This is a fake, but not the standard Derwig fake that we see throughout this thread--it is a Janke of recent vintage:

Interesting to note here: These caps were made in the last 10 years by Hero Collection, a polish maker. This company supplied all of the props to movies such as inglorious bastards, and recently stopped making them in the last few years. Thus, they aren't as old as many of you guys think.
