For me, (no surprise to you all), Deutschland's grosste Uniformmutzenfabrik, Peter Kupper (sorry Erel guys--Mr Lubstein could only claim to be Berlins largest--not Germany's!)

I like Pekuros for the fine doeskins they used, they are heavy and heavily-padded, their sweatbands are thicker, they keep a stiff, drumtight shape due to the internal spring, and you cant beat black velvet.

I guess we will have to wait until the end of this thread to see which of NTZ's two loves he will have to choose between....

Only problem with the velvet is that in wear it got worn out / thru quickly. A lot of worn Pek******252;ro visors have repair stitches in the forehead areas...

I have two favorites with no preference for one or the other. I like Erel and Schellenberg equally. Muller comes in third followed by Pekuro than CW.

If I had to pick a favorite from the 5 it would be Peter Kupper. But I really like the small obscure cap makers the best.

I agree. That's why I haven't voted. Nick, how about adding an option such "other" or "small local makers"?

                Nick--

Erel & Schellenberg equally? Herr Lubstein must be doing 10,000 RPM's in his grave right now!

I like the small makers too guys but I would have a poll 100 entries long. In fact one of my fav's is Argo.

I have always favored August Muller visor hats.

                        Bob Hritz
