Of the 8 visors in my small collection my Erel Luft. Officers is one of my favorites. It's quite worn but the quality is so good all the internal parts visor stitching, sweat band and shield are sound and secure. So I guess I'd have to vote for Erel.

I voted Schellenberg only in terms of the shape that is most pleasing to me. I would never kick an Erel to the curb, however!

Tough choice, but I guess I would go with Erel - the finishing details in particular appeal to me; even the SS A-181s, surely knocked out by the umpty thousands by Lubstein, are typically very nice.

Glad to see this thread again. I like Holters mainley because it's a uncommon maker to see. The quality I'd have to say is above adverage, not quite as good as Erel. But there still good looking caps IMHO.

My favorite maker is tied between Erel and Schellenberg but that is not based on quality. Erel is pretty high quality but Paul Kaps by far is the best made visor IMO.

I've voted Schellenberg for first and surely eReL for second.

In the "Luxury" category, I would go in this order:
                                1. Kaps
                                2. Holters
                                3. Stechbarth
                                4. Ahlers

However, in the working-man class, I really like those Marke Standards....
