I Also Have Never Seen An Ortsgruppen Piped White Hat. I Have Seen A Couple Of White Tunics. Ortsgruppenleiters Could Vary In Background To An Every Day Man To A Local Burgermeister. My Feeling Is Only Well Off Individuals Who Held The Rank Of Ortsgruppenleiter Could Afford To Purchase A White Uniform.

There is an Orts white-top in a local collection here that was part of a grouping of items that was split up. I ended up with the white tunic and the regular brown cap, but the white-top appears to be out of reach at this time...
