YOUR GREEN KEPI IS NOT N C O BUT AN OFFICER MODEL FROM GRUPPE SACHSEN. THE COLOR IS CONISERED EMERAL GREEN, NOT APPLE GREEN THAT WOULD HAVE BEEN APPROPRIATE FOR THURINGEN.
