This producer used bewo cockade maschine applied and eagle either maschine or hand stitched...there are many such caps in this thread,just go through this thread and compare with the cap you posted.

The eagle looks weird to me, but maybe some other collectors knowing more insignias than me will give their opinion, like John Hodgin and others...

Certainly agree, the insignia is not a wartime application and appears recently applied.
