                      I have a km cap, which I think is ww2, which has an August Geiger label with the lighthouse logo, though it is different from the one you posted. It has no writing below the eingetr. Schutzm.

                        Jerry, I am unaware of a wartime mark for Geiger. You should start a thread on your cap.
