Hallo Chris
Johannes Heinrich was a true mutzenmachermeister (even if I never managed to see an original visor):
https://digital.zlb.de/viewer/readin...495_1943/1076/
https://digital.zlb.de/viewer/readin...495_1943/3990/
Obviously not in this case I think this visor has been around the globe for no less than ten years
It appears that Johannes Heinrich was a prolific maker in the postwar period as testified by these items (no. 54, 264, 24):

Janke?
Hello! Just wondering what folks thoughts are on this visor. I purchased it as a known reproduction. IMHO, these caps are crazy good. Enough to cause me to put a moratoreum on collecting any more visors until my knowledge is much better. I picked it up cheap for the purposes of having a quality reproduction in order to know what characteristics to look for and it has been money well spent. My question for the forum is, does this look like a Janke?
Best Regards,
Sterling
