visor cap
Hello,
I have been monitoring the responses regarding a visor cap which seems to have most of you voting on its being either a forestry cap or a land customs visor. Is it possible that this particular example is a Wehrmacht Administration Officers cap? The wreath and eagle seem to work along those lines. The one thing that puzzles me is the fact that the chin cord is a silver bullion with a touch of green. That would back up the land customs theory. Please let me know if anyone has additional thoughts, it is an interesting topic.
