3 Heer overseas caps opinions please

I am posting these for a friend of mine and I need your opinions. Are they ok?
He is selling them and I will post them here for sale if they are ok, but what would a fair collector to collector value be?

The first two are original (I would question when the soutaches were applied) I don't like the third.
