Looks more like an Erel to me. Maybe the lining was replaced.

Here someone had some serious problems and very confused ideas ...

The logical explanation is that a PeKuRo lining was hastily stitched to an eReL body up, but clouding the typical ribbing and the numeral marks of the quadrants also ...

Wow--just when you think you had seen it all! I agree, that is an original vented Erel, and that is an original Pekuro lining.
I have no idea why such a minty hat would have needed a transplant, and when it happened, we will probably never know.

Chris, Solo and Don have already answered you, but, as far as I'm concerned, I can't understand why such a mix-up could be done in the wartime.
Therefore my humble opinion is a hurried job done not long ago.

My somewhat educated guess would be that an enterprising faker took a nice original Erel liner from a minty, but humble Arty visor and transplanted it into a more exotic (and probably bogus) visor in an effort to pimp up the value.
