    I came across this cap and would appreciate any feedback. The visor makes me very nervous.

          Have never seen a sweatband of this type on early visors. just my opinion. Not one I'd want in my collection.

              Yes. They have been faking these "Gruppe West" visors ever since the Hayes book came out in the mid 90s. I doubt if there are any original parts.
