Kriegsmarine belt buckle ?

Just wondering whether the consensus of opinion is that all KM belt buckle catches incorporated 'feet' at the point of attachment to the buckle ?

I've seen SS and HJ buckles with catches that don't incorporate 'feet'.

Also, Reichsmarine buckles don't incorporate 'feet' on the catches, and, like the illustrated buckle are also made of brass.

Obviously the above observations aren't directly relevant to KM buckles, but do point to the fact that buckle catches do exist without 'feet' at the point of attachment.

Of course, the catches without feet are well known and habitual , but their shape are different that this one
