...and we can see it is the exact same buckle which is currently offered for sale by the Guild. Not a nickel silver but the steel one from Marc.

      Hi JP, all,

Yes, I took a handful buckles back as there a few deadline problem ... Others are Rare nickel EM's , SS EM belt, etc ....

Now, yes, it is brass and nickel like the very early nickel- on brass EM's ( I might have say copper in the early days due to a mis-iterpretation of language)

Now that you have posted my early steel buckle, that is indeed for sale at the Guild, don't you have pictures of the painted steel one on the belt I mention from the German ( dealer) collection ??

(BTW: This buckle is back on the market)

      Marc

Yes, Barry has this one for sale, or had it for sale, I saw it when Robert had it,

PS , JP, Teddy bought 50% of my SS buckles collection, so 99% what was posted was "ex-mine" :-)

One of my favorite designs from the era, classic and simple and so rare to find an original..

When it was in Teddy's hands last winter he reported the raw non oxidized metal was indeed pink and not yellow. Brass is yellow, copper is pink. So the original assumption should be valid. It isn't??

If you actually mean Officer, here you go :

If you actally mean EM, there isn't with patented eagle (to my knowledge)
