Kriegsmarine enlisted buckle for review

Hello,

as I am in KM mostly but I do not know much about the belts and buckles, I would appreciate if more knowledgeable colleagues can comment on this KM buckle.
Also, what would be a fair market price for this one if it's original?
Any help really appreciated.

Yes, the same one.

By the look of it on a macro, I like the color but as I am not an expert,
I would like to discuss the color. Is it repainted, or?
Here is one detail I am concerned about. It can be due to two things:
1. right photo was taken with lighting setup so that the dark spot is barely visible (I believe that's the case here)
2. dark spot was repainted so it's not visible like before

Yes, I had noticed the different dark areas. I would say it is a lighting effect.
