        It took the dealer 3 days to inform me that it was sold, so I am still looking, if any one runs acorss one let me know, thanks found this one and think it looks good, any opinions, I have a reverse photos coming from the seller, http://forum.axishistory.com/viewtop...=494375#494375

                yes but it was sold, so I have my choice of the other two, the nickle silver plated one is 58 the other is 46 but the mm on the nickle silver is light

                    Do not forget that my contribution here is only one opinion and I must admit, I thought that this query would have generated a larger response due to the HJ subject matter.

                    For every "text book" buckle, someone can show you a variation by either design or construction - thank goodness.

                    If you are comfortable with the buckle and happy with the provenance, then retain it.
