2 SS Officer OLC buckles- Original?

Here are 2 SS Officer OLC zink belt buckles. Both seem ok to me as far as details and crimping are concered. However, I have read here that there are EXTREMELY good fakes of these in circulation. So what do you think of these two?
The makers stamp in one is a little lighter than the other, but that is the only difference I can find.

Is there any photo evidence of Waffen-SS officers wearing the green backed brocade belt? I thought that was pretty much just a Police officer brocade after they became part of the SS.

Backing color makes the difference between W-SS and Police. The tint of green used for belt backing should match the tint of green of the uniform.
In reality most officers did not care about this. As long it was green, it was used/sold for both Police and W-SS. But for a purist, a W-SS tint should sell higher since not intended for Police to begin with.
Yes, there is photographic evidence. But there is also photographic evidence of black backed SS brocades (strictly for the black uniform) been worn with a green uniform ...
