Alright, the subject of Police buckles has been way too quiet lately and I have to start something! I'll begin with an overview, then work at adding pictures of different makers over time and hopefully it will be contagious enough for others to jump in, please!

Great collection Dave

I have a question on you. According to a regulation from 1938 a new catch was introduced for the police belts.
All buckles from the maker "Dransfeld" had to be send to the Polizei-Beschaffungsamt for rework. I assume the belt catch doesn't fit the buckle catch.

Have you ever seen such a reworked buckle?
