    I think that " favourite five " is a great idea.

    All very subjective and which I personally like.

    Hope that we receive more groups of five.

      1)Political leader's buckle - I know it's quite popular but still love this design and it's condition.
      2)Postschutz - powerfull design!
      3)RW - just love that mint condition!
      4)Turkish WWI era - my favourite one, really beautifull thing.
      5)Prussian WWI Tomback buckle - I love those classic crowns and everything that is tomback.

        Here are five of my favorites in my collection.They include;A rare, Water Police ,by Christian Theodore Dicke, of Ludenscheid. A near mint,RAD ,by Bruder Schneider of Wien. A fairly rare variation SA. A nicely detailed and toned,Luftwaffe, by Berg &Nolte of Ludenscheid. And a NSDAP Political leader, by Gisse&Schmidt in Ruhla[Not the best condition,but great character] I hope you like my buckles.They are all originals, that I have owned for many years.

                        Excellent examples of TR and non- TR buckles.

                        I echo David's statement in that this particular post is a great idea and I know I speak for the many that we would like to see more of the "Favorite 5" from our other forum members.
