Any new thoughts about identifying this buckle?

A puzzling buckle seen in both nickle silver and aluminium.

The possible groups as:-

• NSFK
• NSKK Motor School
• SA/SS "fliers"
• War Orphans

I tend to favour a NSKK Motor School association.

Any comments or suggestions welcome.
