King Tiger in Berlin?

A friend of mine sent me this pic, and believes it to be a pic of a Tiger II in Berlin.
I am not up on this area at all, but it would seem unusual for any action photos to have been taken during the battle.
Anyone know when/where it was taken?

Could be the Reichstag in the background - but I would expect more damage and rubble on the street in 1945...

Yes picture was taken on the 15th of Oct. 1944. The tank is standing before the National Gallery and the barrel is facing the Szent György street. This is the exact spot.

Not the same, its lacking mudguards.

Most probably not, but it there's a few hours time gap between the two pictures. The first one was taken from the Barracks of the Royal Bodyguards, (This building do not exist today) most probably just before the brief fighting between the Bodyguards and the SS troops, while on the second picture you can see the German and Hungarian troops together.

nem akarnék vitát generálni, de az első képen látható korlát és rámpa a Mátyás kút előtt állt. Ma már nem áll. A második kép valóban a belső udvarban készült. De az első a mai Nemzeti Galéria előtt. Korabeli képeken jól kivehető.
