The flat road wheels just scream "Wrong!" at me every time I see it though. Would it have been so much more trouble to make them dished? Such a shame to do something that looks pretty decent and then let it down with something so fundamental to the look of a Tiger.

Take a closer look at the first set of photos, it appears the road wheels are dished. Of course the suspension will never be 100% replica, but I'm thinking it's looking pretty good!

Interesting, you're quite right. But if you look at this video of 131 in action at Tankfest (which was an awesome day!), it looks somewhat different. I guess one problem that's immediately apparent is that the tyres are visible on 131 and not on the replica, also the hub bolts are much more prominent and oil-stained.

However, now I'm looking at 131 and thinking "Those wheels don't look quite right", so it's probably just me. I'll get my coat.

I don't think anyone who knows Tiger would say its 'perfect', but hey, its by far the best 'replica Tiger 1 there is, and you will not get anyone building a 'real' Tiger. It would cost too much.

Lets face facts....................there is'nt a Tiger fan out there who is'nt jealous of those guys having that parked in THEIR garage.

I have seen the Kubinka mid war Tiger I, the late war Tiger I at Snegiri and i have almost all the books on the Tiger tanks and i will tell you that this is by far the best Tiger I model i have seen so far, the one fron " Saving Private Ryan " is a laugh compared to this one
