I think you jack is a 3 tons model (3 DIN 7355 markings). Can you make an other picture of them ? I think see the UNION manufacturer mark, a gearing.

Oh, that's a non panzer Panzer optic. I mean it is a Panzer Zielfernrohr 1 (Pz.Zf 1) for the Panzernest lafette MG34 bunker position. See this other thread:

The real panzer ones the three in the middle: 1 driver's KFF 2 and my 2 machine gunner's KFZ 2.
