      Hi Friends Collectors.

YES this C tow hook is for Pz III/IV families but the rotating lock for cable is missing.

      Regards from France.

                Hi Carles

have you made your crankstarters in complete working order ?
the handle part at the backend should rotate freely.

I had my P4 and P3 handles back in rotation after a 1000 slight hits with a hammer

                ciao

                  Hello Bullit,

The Pzkpfw IV handle does move more or less...but the Pzkpfw III one isn't clean yet.

After Sep 44, if interior was left in red primer.
Be care with Dunkelgelb paint. It seems that, by late 1944, paint quality had decayed and looks like it is easily washed off by high pressure water cleaners ...It happened on the StuG IV now restored at Poland and it seems like you have lost part of the paint on the top plate too.

                            Really nice item

I would think the red primer shows because it was covered by the leather head pad was in place when the interior was painted, so now that it's missing , the red can be seen.

I agree, the Dunkelgelb might be very delicate and tend to wash off.

Don't worry guys. It wasn't possible to clean rust by water. This item was heavily rusted and I removed rust but I do not remove any part of paint. On top of cupola yellow paint is off beacouse this is typical traces of use during the war. There wasn't yellow paint before I started cleaning.

I am working on small display with this cupola.

Sorry for the Spanish text , but it is too difficult for me to translate and completely useless for anyone but Carles...
