    Ford Maultier

    Hi Friends Collectors

For this French National Day, a drive sprocket of a half-track Ford Maultier from Normandy.
I think I try to add the track links around it and perhaps a road wheel to show this new display about this vehicle...

                Hi all,

Two weeks ago I went on another "scrap hunt" and guess what........I was lucky to find some too !.

My car was imediately transformed into a low rider
here's what I found and brought home [IMG][/IMG]
                2 x panzer IV , 3 x SdKfz 7, 1 x Hetzer....thats about 400kg of steel

                [IMG][/IMG]

Meanwhile the SdKfz 7 wheels have been put back to original condition by removing the central added cartwheel hubs.

so you found lots of differential parts , yes those can be heavy too

why were the tracklinks painted blue?.......what was there previous usage?

                          ciao

                            On photos, you can see:
axis of the drive sprocket with differential gears (very heavy ), gearbox shafts (long ), brake drum (heavy), the basis for the starter, tracks (heavy too )

                            Tracklinks
                            Why blue??
                            Because hardened the drive.

                            Pozdrawiam.
