In Russia somewhere, an NSU 251 OSL. Officialy the Wehrmacht regulations dictated that bike with a motor capacity of less than 350cc (like this 250model) would not need a passenger saddle...this explains why you always see DKW350's with 2 saddles and small engined NSU's with 1. There were exceptions like civilian requisitioned bikes or modified (field added) types...My NSU 251 came with both original "drilastic" saddles mounted (unlike this period image of same bike!
Its interesting that I own the original image, but another WAF member also owns an exact same copy... as I've seen it here before! What a coincidence!
