    These are for sure the nicest postwar badges for a woundbadge collector. I have only seen a few during the years but unfortunately not for sell.

          Here are my two examples. One of the badges has the hinge sloppily re soldered.
          Sorry for the crappy indoor light pics, I can take better pics tomorrow if needed.

          I have a faint memory of a variant with a silver painted cross, does anyone else recall this? A picture would be great in that case.

            Here is one I bought on ebay yesterday,

            What do you think of the finish? Are there different grades of this souvenir?
            I might try the acetone test but I doubt the finish will survive,

                  I belive they found a case of them in their monastery after the war. It was used as a hospital during the war.
