Hello again:
I would like to get your comments and opinions on this L10 pin marked BWB.
In my experience to date, L10 black wound badges have been of the enlarged Odd Helm or Deschler type which differs from this more typically designed example.
My example, acquired at this years SOS is pin marked clearly....L10. I have triple and quadruple checked this under magnification (and with my glasses on ). I have no photo files of an L10 of this type, and wasn't aware they were "out there".
If you are familiar with these and/or could share photo files of similar examples, I would appreciate hearing from you. If you are like me, and this is a first for you too, I'd love to hear your input on the badge.
I was able to finally pick up a 118 marked to the pin BWB at the SOS. I think everyone had one of these BUT ME, so I was glad to pick it up as well.
As ever....thanks for taking the time to view the thread and comment. A digital camera will be in my future, I promise.
Dennis
