      I have never shown this before. I don't have the skill to ID the ones out there today and I am not sure of all the variants. That said, mine has 100% Vet provenance and is totally different from these. The pin unfortunately is gone to time. The ones above are far more refined than mine and altough tough to see this is silver washed, I would expect to see that on all of them and in my case rust on the tin.

        Rather than modify my post, I will post again. My badge, I understand is the actually awarded one in 1931. It is very crude when compared to any of the others out there, whether real or fake.

        I don't want to pass judgement on the badges posted above, but this is an exceedingly rare badge and I think the prices on these are so low in part because so few collector's know a good one from a bad one. The one on the right has a waxy look to me.
