The long steel pin on that particular attachment is atypical of what you find on 1950-1960`s German-made badges. Hard to pin it just to that era, as you can still buy them today. (and i have them on Austrian badges from the 60-70`s)
The patina on the obverse is faked anyway. Not that they didn't "fake" - "make look old" patina on badges back in the Hitler days, as they did.... just saying.
I wouldn't want any of these that i have seen so far, not the one in my hand, not this one, not even the one in the museum
But, naturally each to his own. Maybe one day we`ll know the truth
