I am asking myself the same thing. I could not find the badge in any of my literature or price catalog. Even German google doesn't show anything. I am really intrugued by it. What was the purpose? When where they "awarded" and for what? What is the connection to the NS-Frauenschaft or even to the Red Cross? Or is it a fantasy piece?

Any help and education is greatly appreciated.
