I would be very cautious of one of these with an RZM. In theory they were issued before the RZM came in.

      Sorry

Green one is supposed to be Hungarian nazi party. I have never seen a real one. (they did exist) I have heard that alot of 'fanatsy enamel' ones of this sort were made by floch out of austria.

Yes these did exist, although again this isn't one. According to Cone's book, the Swastika should be a in gilt & the enamel in the outide should be red.

              Next.

We'd need a sharper image of the reverse please.

                    Cheers

                      Andy-

Hey mate - regardless whether they are memorex or an anomaly, keep 'em and put them in a "questionable or fake" partition of your collection.... I've got some fakes / repros myself that a Czech friend of mine picked up for me in Prague - still keep them off to the side and get a "laugh" now and again...

Keep collecting and watch out for the obvious "wanker", eh....

                      Best regards-

                      KAS

                        Hi Don

                        Hi Don

This is the best I can get with my camera. The rear of this badge is quite dirty. Should I clean it?
                        Regards

As to the question of cleaning, that's up to you really but most collectors prefer not to clean their badges. The patina built up over the years is a must. However, if it's a fake then it matters not.

Again, as with the other thread HJ isn't my area so can't really help with this one. Hopefully someone else will pipe in at some point.

                          Cheers

                            Cleaning

Certainly agree w/ Don about cleaning - leave things as they are in "most" circumstances.

Yeah - sometimes these pictures suck - but the better one's you can get, the better reponse we can provide...

the Green hungarian is no good for reasons stated....
imo the HJ is ok and the Deutchland erwache as Don Stated was initially issued prior to RZM codes being issued...there is evidence to suggest that it was reissued to commemorate the "rise to power" in the 36 time frame...so i would not dismiss it out of hand...though the pictures are poor...i think you may be allright with it
