A great badge Jim and I think Ulric had a Schaub badge on his site not long ago.

That's right, Erich, the Schaub large GPB w/military pinback is still visible on Ulrich's website, though it was sold a while ago; could be the same badge?! A truly historic piece! As for Julius Schaub, he was personal aide to SA-Obergruppenführer Wilhelm Brückner, Hitler's Chief Adjutant, until April 1, 1941 when Brückner was dismissed in anger by Hitler over a staff disagreement (Brückner came down on the wrong side) and Schaub stepped into Brückner’s former position as ADC, which he maintained until the very end of the TR. But I don't think of Schaub as "Hitler's personal secretary;" he had four of those!
