The guy I bought it from,just sells pieces off from time to time.
his prices never seems totally fixed. some times real high on some things.
bought some daggers in the past from this guy , thought it was a deal then too.

Hi Jeff, no difference is known on the reason for the different grades. The plaques were awarded possibly to VIPs and those who helped plan the rally.

Jeff, with your badge being real and not paying much for it, you got one heck of a deal and finding one in the gold finish is a real bonus!
