Nune erst recht + Deutschland Erwache with ???

For various reasons, I think there is a problem with these two. What do you think? Cheers, Torsten.

One of our latest members here, not the most easy guy on the planet but hence an expert in his field, has such an example on his website.
In general most Nun Erst recht badges are rather made in a crude way. Plus I think the always copy the common dot -with-lines space filler pattern and not the stars variation.

Hi Wim, I am very confortable with the look of the reverse, but I just thought that the red enamel looked it bit light, but maybe you're right. Unless there are some opinions to the contrary forthcoming then I will take it as being a good one Cheers, Torsten.

Of the Deutschland Erwache badges? Do any match this one or shall I throw it in the bin? Cheers, Torsten.

Adolf Hitler 1933, Deutschland Erwache, he offers in a matter of speaking the whole slogan branche with this RZM mark and Ges. Gesch. IMO they are for the bin. Never understand what that RZM mark has to do on things that were intent for the early thirties.

Hi Wim, I agree, that those types of badges are very circumspect to say the least. Cheers, Torsten.

                        As Wim says...
RZM's on pins made before the RZM laws (late 1934 - '35), has been discussed here to death and I believe the generally accepted verdict is
And... the theory that they are commemorative re-strikes is pretty much denied here also. RZM's with Ges Gesch may occur occasionally but is generally a red flag.
I would buy the Nune Erst Recht if it were I who had the opportunity. John

Torsten, they are not "circumspect".. they are plain Fantasy Crap.
We have all the RZM announcements, we have all the various RZM sales lists, and do we find we RZM marked Sympathy badges in their lists? no we dont.

What we do find though, are period sales lists from sellers, selling D.E and N.E.R badges as NICHT AMTLICHE ABZEICHEN... Freiverküfliche abzeichen für Jedermann.

One more thing that is seldom mentioned, There are so many of these crap badges around, "supposedly" for this and that (each dealer will fob you off with his own special reasons) BUT... not one single Period mention of any badge like this being made, sold, advertised , not one photo, not one Period Book mentioning anything.. so therefore we we deduct, thousands of badges, supposedly for a major event, but no period mention = Impossible

Yes, every major dealer in the US and Europe sell them as REAL, because they are pictured in books like Cone-Head and the Heering-Hüsken catalog, and that is the Dealers trump card. They know that they are selling Crap, they know very well the RZM rules, and they have all Period Catalogs too, BUT because they are to be found in the Literature that MOST collectors trust blindly, well that is their get out of jail free card. You can do it too Torsten, whack it up on your site and say "Pictured in J.R.Cone-head" and pictured in HH... RARE, only a 50 million about at the moment, (and Morigi can organize you 50 million more on demand)

It is as real as you want it to be Now i`ll buy that for €1.- (not your badge, my response )

The RZM marking's were written into law Dec. 20 1934 requiring manufacturers display the new logo as proof of permit, requiring approval and standardization on RZM controlled party related uniforms, equipment, badges and insignia commencing on Jan. 16 1935. John
