To be honest with you I'm not sure what WHW stands for or means. I looked through this thread and saw quite a variety of tinnies so I thought I'd post a couple that I have that I didn't see. I hope they apply here. Thanks. Feel free to educate me on the WHW?

The WHW (Winter Welfare Organization) started in 1933 then after 1939 it was changed to KWHW (War Winter Welfare Organization). It was an organization that produced and sold a wide variety of items to the general public to help raise money for food and clothing for the needy.

WHW Winterhilfswerks (Winter Help Work) was an organization formed in 1933 to help the poor and jobless then in 1939 - 45 it was renamed KWHW
KriegsWinterHilfWerkes (War Winter Help Work) the main focus then was rasing money and goods for the war effort. they did this by selling all sorts of booklets,pins,badges,postcards,stamps even lottery tickets.
