Allen. What is the size of your larger badge? You don’t have to actually measure it but maybe the size of a so and so. Thank you

1 1/2" (38mm) wide x 1 3/16" hi (31 mm). No problems. I had a tape measure laying beside the computer, and the badge was in the next room.
