Thanks guys for all the useful information.

Yes, I have now had it confirmed that the person in the photo is indeed Bertha Soldat from Klagenfurt who received her BO in 1941.

If anyone is able to confirm her BO number or GPB number or even her dob, that would be great.

    Many thanks.

    Stan

      Dear collagues!
In addition to the names of female second pattern BO-recipients listed by Br. James there are some more names:
Gaich Ludmilla (VSL XXVII, City: Wittenberg)
Gössl Hildegard (VSL XXVII, City: Innsbruck)
Paternioner Anna (VSL: XXVIII, City: Dachau)
Peter Anna (VSL: XXVII, City: Innsbruck)
Pohl Anna (VSL: XXVIII, City: Ötz)
Vogl Maria (VSL: XXVI, City: Wien)
Weidinger Emma (VSL: XXVIII, City: Mürzzuschlag)

In total we have 17 female recipients between 1939 to 1942. There might have been more awarded 1944 but we haven´t found any more female recipients in that last periode.
      Regards,
      Mike

"Are you sure about the GPB ?"

        Hi Andreas,

I'm not sure what you mean here? The lady in the photo appears to be wearing a GPB, though the photo is certainly too blurred to see any detail on that badge...or on the ribbon bar, for that matter. So no, I am not positive that she is wearing a GPB. As for her receiving the Honorary AH GPB, yes, I am sure that her name is not listed in the Patzwall book. And yes, I am sure that "Bertha Soldat" does not appear on my GPB list.

        Say more, my friend!

        Br. James
