Wow! If I'm not out in left field again these look like 1 very nice 1927 RPT badges & 3 lapel pin eagles of about the same period (but not RPT) ?

Nothing to show that even comes close but beautiful set Mil

        Hello JC,

Thank you for your kind words. It's been a while since I posted some of my eagles. Had some time today to do some shots. Glad you liked them.
        Happy Easter, my friend.

Beautiful examples all, Mil -- great to see them! And your 1927 RPT Badge is spectacular! The badge itself is RARE, but the purple rosette is ten times RARER! (I have the badge in my collection but it didn't come to me with the rosette. I'm green with envy!!)

                  Hello Brother James!

Thanks for your kind words. They are rare. I have never seen them available for a long, long time. There are also very early paper RPTs, but they dont have the eagle motif. It has been a while since I posted something, glad you liked them!

                    Hello Ron!

Amazing flock of early ones! Which are your favourites? As discussed previously, the smallest one with the droop wing seems most unusual. Thanks for posting. Do you have other variants?

                      Hi Mil,

I'd love to complete my RPT Badge collection by finding an example from the January 27-29, 1923 event in Munich and the July 3-4, 1926 event in Weimar -- I believe at least one of those was a paper or cardboard badge. I've never seen a badge from either event for sale.

Cheers, my friend, and again, beautiful examples all!

                        Thanks Brother James!
Yes, the cardboard ones are rare. Only seen in a publication but not in the flesh. I think one of our members have one but thankfully I’d like to keep a flock of eagles together... they’ll bite off the papers!

Thank you, Erich. You got me hooked to early stuff. It took quite a while to put this set together. Taking photos is part of the joy.
