Let's see what the press has to write next week.

The mayor of the City of MĂșnich had asked Hermann Historica previously to cancel the auction (as frequently before) due to sensible merchandise being auctioned.

Even still, the fact a guy from Argentina turns up to an auction in a baseball cap, sunglasses and $hit ton of cash is weird/scary/cool [delete as appropriate].

And to add to that, I would love to see what else he, or his sponsors, have in their collection.

If the amount he paid is a lot of money for main of us, for an argentina guy it is a huge, very huge amount of cash.
Corruption and cash are very common.
A former minsitry was catch hidding 8 millions dollars at 3 am in a monastery

As to why this jacket has holes, is anybody's guess. If it is from lattimers collection , it is authentic. The inside tag is shown in the book. I have a copy as do others here.
Who knows what the tunic will bring...regardless, I recall seeing in photos the pants worn by hitler on the 20th of July that were shredded, but later captured by the British, they unfortunately were burned by some fool. Imagine what those would be worth if they had not.
Heck the liberty bell was once sold for scrap brass, then later saved by someone , so stupid is as stupid does .( Forrest Gump )

Hitler did not have them darned...Kempkas wife darned them as Kempka wore them as hand me downs.
