Small armband opinion

I just found a reference by a dealer with one of these narrow printed armbands for sale. He says that Narrow Printed Party Armband
was to be worn on the lower left sleeve of civilian clothing.
He References "Cloth Insignia of the NSDAP and SA" by John R. Angolia, page 95
Does anyone have this book, and does it reference these armbands on page 95?
