I made some research and i think, that is a Bulgarian belt

It appears to be a 1930s German Army General's belt. The buckle pebbling looks a little crude and closeups of the obverse and reverse would be helpful. The cross strap clips look fine, as does the leather.

Are there any markings on the belt or buckle? How can you tell it is Bulgarian vs. German?

The cross-strap's clips and buckle do NOT look like German mfg. The odd piece of leather for the cross-strap does not look like any German belt I've seen. I vote also for non-German manufacture.

The small leather flaps/backings to the cross strap fittings were standard for 1930s Army and Luftwaffe officer cross straps. They helped protect the uniform from abrasion and discoloration that could be caused by contact with the fittings.
Checking around the web, it appears Bulgarian Army Officers used the same pattern belt and cross strap as those of the Wehrmacht, but most of the Bulgarian examples seem to be made of thinner leather, as this one is, than German examples.
