Thank you - here some more period pics including two more examples of Spinn lamps from around 1940-41.
The candelabra is being pictured and described in one of the period booklets of the Spinn manufactory as:
"Nr. 27 729 Englisch-Altmessing, 8 Lampen, Gläser champagnerüberfangen, Durchmesser 1,08 m, Länge 1,20 m."

SPINN - KUNSTHANDWERKLICHE LICHTTRÄGER is the title of one of the official Spinn booklets.
In 1938 the official building "Handwerkskammer Lüneburg" had been erected and the Spinn manufactory was responsible for the construction and realization of any luminaria and decoration made of wrought iron.
