Relic political eagle?

Hello,
this eagle was found about 2 weeks ago when removing an old house.
the eagle is 16x10 ´cm and made from Aluminium.
It has the marker mark RZM 78 and small holes drilled for some kind of attachement.

Has anybodey seen a similar or knows which organisation used such eagles?

Not similar it was this one If I'm not mistaken.

An interesting bird that is political in nature rather than military. Think it was just a wall hanger during the period.

Mil, I am positive that the one in post#! has been posted on here before and not that long ago or I saw it on another forum. But anyway it is an interesting piece.

I believe this eagle is from an HJ plaque or case. I have seen this design before.
