I always considered the Studentenbund eagles suspicious with most occasions. They were perfectly reproduced by Dutch in the seventies
over a period of quite some years. Often it is said HJ, but it had not to do with that.
The tag seems to be okay. The manufacturer 189 is Karl Koch from Coburg, but they mainly manufactured flags and such.
