    I believe they are referring to the M11 list numbers, makers of Long service medals like this medal is.

      Yep, it's based on the M11/ list. I saw the same cross poped up on MFF recently. I still have mixtured feelings about it. But if post war Souval did mark these crosses with their LDO number it could be good.
