I agree Jon, the money piece is the ring unless you can somehow tie the BO to Kaltenbrunner then the money piece is the BO, IMO

Erich, I would have thought it would be easy to do that by his records,should you have him researched. As to value, not sure how to value it due to the personality? , maybe 8000

I would think E.K.'s file would be accessible and should have his BO number listed--easy enough to check. And if Kaltenbrunner's, it's got to be worth more than 8000, unless you mean £8000.00. $8000.00 is about right for a loaf of bread here.
