The mantel of a Buchhalter(book keeper or senior writer)attached to the administrative branch of Transportflotte Speer. The wear of the kampfbinde was allowed only by individuals serving within the Reich. This is the only uniform I have ever seen from this little known group. The administrative branch wore silver insignia and buttons while the shipboard personel wore gold.Comment
