I have a party hat with an all brown top , all the same color...no difference in the band where the wreath is...it has a party eagle at the top, and reminds me of a british hat, but it is very controversial, as it has a band inside that was with it that is deteriorating that has a stitched in tag that says shutzstauffel der nsdap, and has several numbers for membership in it. I am wondering if the ss had a party affiliation early on as in the first few photos thats show a ss man wearing a party hat. I saw one photo that was very close. Ie: photo #3 behind the guy in white, and #22 behind the hitler look alike with the ss eagle, and brown tunic.
